I don't usually say much about purchases, as most are the same. This was different. The packaging is amazing, the attention to detail is incredible. The computers all looked close to new, and they operate flawlessly. I am truly blown away with how well they are packaged, and how fast they ship. This is the first time to buy a used PC and I was a bit concerned. The PC was delivered on time and I installed Dell Support Assist right away and updated all drives and confirmed the there was no error from Hardware Scan.Then I was trying to install my SSD that has all my documents, but there was no caddy inside. I contacted Dell Support to find the part number and they asked me to send a bunch of proofs for the ownership and spent almost one hour. Eventually I was told that a quote would be sent by email. (I have not received it yet from Dell) I was very frustrated.
Then, I contacted the seller through Amazon and I got the first response in a couple of hours and exchanged a couple of emails and I was told that the part will be shipped today. What a difference!!!
I received the part today and my SSD is not mounted properly.

Poor assembly, who ever put the cover on should not be around computers period, forced it on by bending locking tabs down, bent out the back to close, broke the front cover loose. I hope the didn't assemble the inside if they couldn't even install a cover, looks a 500-dollar rock as of now.
