Amazon support hooked me up with Vertec and they had a product key for me in less than 24 hours. Top-notch service. This isn't a gaming machine, but a fantastic business machine. The SSD makes boots super-fast. Backlit keyboard. Light. Good screen. Probably saved at least $300-500 buying refurbed. Built-in speakers are pretty good. Very pleased so far.
