Most importantly, the computer is not loaded with bloatware, spyware, spamware, etc. It is a clean install of Windows 10 with no extra programs! This is hard to find, so I will continue to buy from Blair Technology.

The SSD drive boots up in seconds. My old PC took minutes to boot up. I discarded the included wired keyboard and replaced with a Logitech M735 wireless keyboard and mouse (Costco), I installed Creative Pebble Speakers 2.0 USB Powered Desktop Speakers, FIFINE K050S Mini Gooseneck USB Microphone (Amazon) and an LG 29 inch monitor WK29505 (Sam's Club) Unable to comment on tech support as I have not received their email implementing extended warranty and tech support. Fortunately, I did not require tech support. The bottom line is a fantastic set up to surf the web and watch movies. I am not a gamer so unable to comment on that aspect
