I had priced out what building a new media center "TV" computer by assembling components would cost. This was $200 cheaper than what I was planning with lesser specs, or about $300 cheaper than what an equivalent build would've cost. It came with an adapter for the HDMI video cable connection and an external USB WiFi antenna.
Set up involved connecting the HDMI, a power cord (not included), the keyboard and mouse and turning it on and installing Windows without activating it. I was then able to insert the WiFi antenna driver CD and install the WiFi antenna driver. Shut down, plug the USB WiFi antenna in, reboot, connect to the internet and activate/update Windows.

Despite the poor installation manual, installation turned out to be pleasantly smooth with no glitches. Works fine, very quiet, though I wish the disk capacity could be bigger and the speed slightly faster. Keyboard quality is poor, the keyboard plastic case is warped, not flat to the desk, with the center touching the desk first and only one end touching the desk, makes typing an unpleasant experience. Did not realize there is no ethernet cable, need to buy it. The audio was configured to use the HDMI port for external equipment and not the PC's speaker, which makes me felt there was an audio problem, but there was no problem. I wish the display card could have a higher resolution. Eset antivirus was installed and without a license key, the prompt screen comes up every time started, quite annoying.
