Amazon Renewed Guarantee Coverage
The Amazon Renewed Guarantee is applicable on select Renewed products, where specifically mentioned on the product information page. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the product within 90 days of receipt of your original purchase (or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium iPhone) for a full refund or a replacement. Theft, accidental damage and tampering with the device is not covered under the guarantee.

Amazon Renewed Guarantee Refund or Replacement Process
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of receipt of your original purchase (or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium iPhone) at Amazon Renewed via the above options. You can request either a full refund or a replacement unit if one is available – your choice.
You will need to return your item at no charge to you. If we do not receive your return after we issue you a refund or a replacement, we may charge you the original amount you paid for the item.
Note: We recommend that you save and back up all your data, switch off any phone tracking options on the device, and perform a factory reset to remove all personal data before returning your item.
