This product is small and fast in handling tasks. I'm not a gamer. I use this computer for Excel spreadsheet projects and analysis, and the computer handles it well. The VGA port however does not work. So I have ordered the cable for DVI to the HDMI port so I can connect my second monitor to it, hoping the DVI port works. If the DVI port does work, I will be happy with the purchase; my first-ever renewed computer.

Update:
I have connected my second monitor. The DVI works. I'm happy with this purchase although the power cord is too short, only 2ft long. It barely reaches my surge protector on the floor from my computer desk.

As stated I am pretty happy with this purchase. That said I did have an initial bump in the road with the GPU but was not an issue and they sent a replacement that I received a week later. Otherwise, I made 2 additional upgrades in an RX550 GPU and an additional SSD for a combined $75 on eBay. Has since been able to handle any game I have thrown its way at 1080p 60 fps. With Batocera running on the second drive it has been great for emulation also.

The integrated graphics card had to get vga - display port adapter...my only complaint is that the cd room door will not open. Had to use Paperclip to open it, and even then would not always recognize the disc...had to repeatedly push the button to get it to come on. I ordered a new one and will replace it myself. Overall a good bang for my buck for refurbishment. 4-5 stars definitely.

I received an email a day before the delivery date from the company explaining how to download wifi drivers if there was a problem at boot up. It had a link that took me to the drivers. I ended up not needing to use them, but it was a nice gesture.

The computer comes with:
- Wifi USB dongle
- Bluetooth USB dongle
- AC power cord
- Display Port to HDMI adaptor (computer only has Display Port slots)
- Corded Mouse (low quality but useable)
- Corded Keyboard (low quality, but better than the mouse)
- Paperwork that explains that Windows 10 is an OEM volume install so it comes pre-activated.

The outer housing of the computer was in almost new condition. The only flaws noticeable were a couple small scratches on the silver Dell logo area.
It started right up and booted into Windows without a problem. It took me moving the Wifi dongle to another USB port to get a connection, but that was the only problem I ran into. Since then, the computer and connection are stable and strong.
The graphics are good for business and video/internet duty. You can play older games, but the GPU isn't made for gaming so don't buy this computer for a kid who wants to game unless they like vintage gaming.
I like the computer and knew the limitations before I purchased it. It's a big step up from my old laptop and the only real downside (which I knew before buying it) was that it's not Windows 11 upgradeable.

Received this today. Contents were tightly packed in cushion air pillows. The tower itself was then wrapped in the stronger sturdier cushion. The keyboard was in a separate box without cushion wrappers.

Contents: tower, keyboard, mouse, power cord, DisplayPort/HDMI adapter, and a WiFi+Bluetooth USB adapter.

The set-up was smooth, and the computer works fast and perfectly. I've only used it for 4 hours though. I'll update the review in 90 days if anything changes.

Issues: the F3 key was unattached and loose in the keyboard box. The keyboard is cracked and dented right next to the F3 spot. It is a brand new, no-name, very flimsy keyboard. The tower has been touched up with black ink along the edges. The top and bottom of the tower are covered with black computer skin.

I gave it 5 stars because it is a renewed/refurbished item that functions like a new PC.

At first, I thought this was coming from New Jersey, but it came from Canada and was made in Japan, so I don;t know how good the support or the computer is going to be. The day I got it I set it up. I plugged in the power plug and it didn't fit right. It was moving all around so the computer would not stay on. I used my old power plug from my old computer. It was made a lot better and fit tight. So we will see how good it runs in the next 60 days as it has only a 90-day warranty on it.

After turning on the setup the first time ran great for a few weeks started slowing down then locked up my hand to reboot the system. then the blue screen saying had to restart kept doing that a few times that week. so I did a bios diagnostic that said to reset the computer I did took a long time to complete than a black screen saying no hard drive was detected ended up with a corrupted ssd sata drive and Windows 10 failure. Installed a new ssd sata drive and a new copy Windows 10 system run great now.

We are enjoying the computer but there was something missing from what was described. When we got it all unpacked and set up, we were not able to find a Bluetooth adapter included and had to purchase one separately. Also, the Wi-Fi adapter seemed to be dropping our connection. Went ethernet to correct it. Overall, I really like the computer for its speed and other features and are not displeased in the least with the purchase.
