Although I’m pretty pleased with this purchase, I first decided to buy this because of the picture of the product and the specs. Because of the late shipping date given, I was able to do much more research on the product based on a description of the product and found actual pictures of the “Small Form Factor” size which is quite a bit larger than the one pictured. Decided to take it anyway and was ok with that. Pleasantly surprised to find a 250 GB SSD installed instead of the 500 GB HDD advertised. The unit looked like new! Works great! Again very happy with the product, they just need to update pic from a “Micro Form Factor” picture to a true picture of a “Small Form Factor” Dell computer!

First of all, it is a staff desktop rather than the micro in the images. But is perfect for what I needed and actually mine came with a 7th gen i3 instead of the 6th, so definitely an unbeatable value. Actual licensed Windows 10. Hdd and Ram both looked to be brand new while the rest of the components are definitely in great condition. I did have a problem. The unit I received did not have an SD card reader, however, i reached out to customer service at 203 Trading and explained. And they sent me a better one at no expense... So definitely a 5-star experience.
