I was extremely impressed at receiving this Latitude E7450. The condition is impeccable. The packaging showed it was renewed by a certified Microsoft refurbisher as well as the Dell service tag sticker has been replaced with a sticker from the refurbisher containing contact info. I've owned my own IT firm for 20 years and have sold hundreds of Latitudes direct from Dell and am very familiar with the product line. This is an amazing price for the product which is a business class ultrabook with 5th gen Intel i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, great trackpad, and backlit keyboard. Windows 10 was loaded properly along with all Dell device drivers. Everything works as expected. I have absolutely nothing to nitpick here. A+
Submitting an edit and lowering to 4 stars. The unit was continuously shutting down while running Windows 10. The event log in the BIOS showed ACPI Shutdown meaning the laptop was gracefully shutting down and not just shutting off. Through the process of elimination, I discovered the problem was a defective battery. This renewed ultrabook shipped with a knockoff battery good for about an hour of run-time. I replaced the defective battery with a Dell OEM battery, Dell part number 451-BBOG. This resolved the shutdown problem and the laptop now runs for about 4 hours on a full charge. An authentic Dell battery costs about $100 and well worth the price. I did not contact Amazon or the seller about this problem. I decided I'd rather have peace of mind with a new battery I sourced myself. Overall, still happy with the product and price.

My son needed a more robust laptop for college to replace an Acer Aspire 15 laptop purchased new but kept having problems with components, flimsy case, and a big disappointment. The Dell Latitude E7450 is a commercial-grade laptop built to a much higher standard with a rugged case & hinges. The Dell Latitude E7450 selected was sold by a 3rd party seller, "Blazing Prices". They first sent a different Dell model that had lower specifications & older manufacture date than the E7450 ordered. This was exchanged for a 2nd computer that exceeded the specifications for the one ordered with 16 GB RAM instead of 8, and 500 GB SSD instead of 256 GB. The case & screen were like brand new.
Research paid off in only searching for Dell Latitude models manufactured less than 3 years old. When the first one was shipped and specifications compared, it only took a minute to determine we were sent the wrong one, and a return was needed. We may have just gotten lucky with the 2nd one. All this took a few days longer but well worth it when you compare the value paid for the Dell laptop received. I would give it 5 stars but only got 4 stars because of the hassle in returning the first one. We now have a great laptop that exceeds expectations.

The laptop works but it was not "refurbished". It was just used.
Refurbished should be in a factory-like shape. The seller probably just put an SSD with a fresh Windows 10 image and shipped it out.
We had to clean it up all around as it was dirty and dusty. Didn't look refurbished.
It seems to be working ok so far.
