This is the first time I have bought a refurb laptop and so far so good *knock on wood*. This is pretty small in size compared to what I have been using for a few years now. I am still coming to terms with the keyboard layout, touchpad. Everything else seems to be working well. 2 things I don't like: 1) Slightly heavy for a 14", 2) The fans are the bottom, so "hot lap" if you work too long! This laptop is pretty fast and I give large credit to the processor & RAM of course; 8 GB is always better than 4. No problem in activating Windows, just make sure you lightly scratch with a coin the hidden activation code under the laptop. WIFI is great 'cause you can choose either 2.4 GHz or 5 if you have dual channels. 5 makes it zippy. The keyboard is not backlit :( but light on the CAPS LOCK makes it less frustrating when you are typing in your passwords. My updates after activating Windows were done in a flash and it was a pleasant surprise. I reached out to the seller also once with a general query and they were very helpful and quick to respond. After all, this is Amazon. If you don't get good customer service here, where else? Hopefully, this is my one and only review on this product.

Runs well, is quick to start and turn off, in good shape. Glad I purchased this. The sound was really tinny and vibrated the laptop-I was able to change some settings to improve this. It also works well with my blue-tooth speaker. For the price and the condition, I am happy. To obtain Product Key to register your Ver. of Windows, there is a silver scratch-off, that covers the product key no. probably for protection. It took me a few days to figure out how to remove it. I like this PC and would recommend it if on a budget and need a business pc that is lightweight and very functional.

Amazon, with their 90-day warranty plan, and extended coverage available.
Highly recommend buying factory re-furbished computer or other similar devices through Amazon as opposed to eBay, or other competitors.
