We received an impressive, like new (renewed) small form factor desktop. Everything was as described and exactly as ordered and shipping was fast.
The keyboard was another story, it appeared to be new but the quality was poor. We would have rated this purchase 5 stars if the included keyboard worked properly (keys kept sticking)....very frustrating. Overall we would recommend and buy from this company again and also thank them for a cost-effective quality built computer!

Although a serious family illness has prevented me from using the computer extensively, I was truly impressed by how pristinely clean it was inside. I would definitely recommend the seller to anyone interested in a similar purchase. I have not yet had the time to supplement the SSD with another hard disk, which will enable me to transfer a huge number of files.
The negatives are in no way due to the hardware but to Microsoft. As the computer will be used at a location without ethernet or wireless I had to activate Windows 10 by telephone, which was a remarkably slow and tedious process with a technician far, far away whom I could not understand. Given the primary program that I use for research, communication with others who use the same program indicates that it is not likely to work with Win 10, so I expect to continue to rely on Windows 7 with a computer that will not be online.
