The product arrived promptly and includes all the accessories and specifications listed for the product. I've bought many refurbished PCs on Amazon and eBay. It typically means nothing more than the PC has been wiped and an OS installed. Definitely true in this case. Which leads to my only issue. Part of "refurbishing" the PC is to remove any extra periphelial add-in cards. One was removed from the 7050 I received, but a cover plate was not installed in the slot opening. Refurbishing to like new condition should include these little things.

Overall, I'm as pleased with this machine as can be expected with a refurbished unit. Being one who can't leave well enough alone, I immediately added a second SSD, which required ordering some cables--splitting the power and connecting to a second SATA port. Scavenged video and sound cards from the computer this replaced, and everything works great. All the specs are correct. In general, a good deal. (Since reviews sometimes get applied to different products on this site, it's the Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF Desktop PC Intel i7-7700 4-Cores 3.60GHz 32GB DDR4 model I'm talking about.)
The only trouble was temperature issues. The CPU and mainboard started running hot--not right after the additions, but a couple of weeks in. Weird temp spikes came and went. From a comfy low 40s C, leaping for no reason up to 70, 80, and once passing a frightening 95 C! I don't do any gaming or heavy lifting, and the temp freakouts happened under low loads and seemingly at random. Not a speck of dust to clog things up, either. I feared my upgrades had messed something up... I reset the fan control in the BIOS so it'd stay cranked all the time, and that helped, but it was LOUD! Tonight, I realized some old thermal paste was in the electro-junk drawer, so I pulled the fan out, cleaned the old gunk off and re-pasted it. Set the fan BIOS back to normal. Bam! Sitting now at 41C for the CPU, 37C mainboard. Otherwise, I'm a happy camper.
If I were less brash with digging into the components, I might have given up and returned this one, or not have known it was cooking like an air fryer in there until it was too late. So, the 4-star rating is a stretch. It's 4 stars AFTER some fiddling around.

The computer runs pretty fast and will run most things pretty easily. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a graphics card, so running graphics-heavy games won't work very well. After putting in a somewhat decent low-profile graphics card, it can run those games fairly well at low settings.
A weird issue I've come across is that the back USB ports don't work very well. Whenever I use the Wi-Fi adapter, the Bluetooth adapter, or my own wireless keyboard and mouse, they all barely function if at all. The Wi-Fi cuts out randomly, using my headphones with Bluetooth makes the sound very stuttery or has no sound, and my keyboard and mouse sometimes don't register inputs. This shouldn't be an issue since each dongle works perfectly on the back of my older computer when in the same exact position as when I tested the new one. The front USB ports seem to work just fine, but its disappointing that the backports don't work correctly.
Overall, it's a great budget computer for those who are starting out. Just don't expect something without a few issues.

The computer works great! The packaging came a bit damaged, but I don't think that was the seller's fault. The only reason I'm not giving it a five-star rating is that the wi-fi adapter did not come with the computer as it was advertised in the item description. Everything else was included. Great product!!!
