I love this little PC, but there were some hiccups getting it going. In spite of the advertised description, there is no HDMI socket and no HDMI adapter supplied. The Bluetooth didn't start working till I supplied a dongle. On power-up, an app demands a product key and won't accept the one printed on the case. OK after I deleted the app. Still- it's a fine little pc which will fit nicely behind my monitor.

It does not have an HDMI port as advertised. Instead, they ship it with a bulky display port adapter which turns DVI into HDMI, defeating the purpose of buying a “micro” computer. I could use the VGA port and loose definition, however this box has no audio out jack, as it seems to have been removed, so without HDMI and no audio jack, there is essentially no way to get audio out of this thing. It’s like they forgot to refurbish it. I’m getting a refund.

I got this PC to set up as a Video Conference PC. So this PC does have the i5 processor as advertised. If you look up the Service Tag it originally was built with an i3 but it has been upgraded to an i5. It has the 8GB of RAM and it has a nice Samsung 256GB Solid-state drive.

The 3 main issues are: It doesn't have BlueTooth. It does not have WiFi and It does not have and HDMI port. There also is no audio out on the back.

They include a super cheap USB WiFi adapter but it is junk and is so slow that it is unusable. This PC originally had a built-in WiFi with an antenna on the back, but it has been removed and there is just a hole where the antenna would go.

There is no audio on the back but there is a headphone port on the front. The First Display Port passes audio so with the correct Display Port to HDMI adapter, I was able to get audio to the TV I had it hooked to.

There is no Bluetooth. Maybe the junk USB WiFi adapter had Bluetooth. I don't know I threw that junk in the trash and bought a decent USB WiFi adapter and got it working. Luckily Bluetooth was not a requirement for this setup.

It has like 4 versions of Office and Visio on it and some Junky Antivirus software. It will take about 45 minutes and several reboots to get it all removed.

Other than that is it a fast, decent little PC that will work fine for our application. Just know that if you need WiFi, HDMI, or Bluetooth you will have some additional expense for adapters and dongles. I am not that upset, but it would just be nice if they were more truthful about what they are selling so I would know what other adapters I needed and it wouldn't throw me off schedule.

The Dell XPS 15 is a great computer. The build quality is excellent. As a designer, it’s hard to beat the color-accurate 4K touch screen. That said, I ended up returning the XPS primarily because of the GTX 1650 graphics card. While it did well with apps like photoshop and premiere, the integrated GPU couldn’t run a number of the newer sound recording/editing apps or the VR applications I need for work. Most of these require an RTX GPU. So while it is a solid machine, it couldn’t really do all I needed it to.

Two major complaints. There is no optical drive and there is no SD card reader. The item pictured clearly shows both an optical drive and an SD card reader built into the front of the computer and I see nowhere in the description where it says these are not included. I still occasionally use CDs and wanted an optical drive. I realize the picture is a stock image, but it should still represent the product accurately. I will buy an optical drive and install it myself, but there is no way to install my own SD card reader as pictured. I can get a dongle that sticks out of the USB port, but who wants that!? I need the computer up and running so it’s not worth the time or hassle to send it back right now, but I’m ultimately disappointed.

I will give credit where it’s due and say the computer was in excellent condition for refurbishment. All the other specs were as described and windows activated perfectly with the included key, but please update your product pictures to be accurate.
