Awesome desktop replacement or travel powerhouse... the hype is real! I've had many laptops, this one is a standout, totally capable of whatever I throw at it. I'm a photographer and videographer, it handles adobe products very well.
Battery life is OK, not really tested it yet, but meter on full charge says 3 hrs of power, under what specs promise.

The Dell XPS 15 is a great computer. The build quality is excellent. As a designer, it’s hard to beat the color-accurate 4K touch screen. That said, I ended up returning the XPS primarily because of the GTX 1650 graphics card. While it did well with apps like photoshop and premiere, the integrated GPU couldn’t run a number of the newer sound recording/editing apps or the VR applications I need for work. Most of these require an RTX GPU. So while it is a solid machine, it couldn’t really do all I needed it to.

Overall wishing I had not put so much emphasis on battery life from reviews for this laptop. I moved away from Lenovo with this replacement given the much longer battery life the Dell XPS was supposed to have, but so far it is not living up anywhere close to what was promised...wish I'd stuck with the lighter weight and equally fast Lenovo. :(
