I had priced out what building a new media center "TV" computer by assembling components would cost. This was $200 cheaper than what I was planning with lesser specs, or about $300 cheaper than what an equivalent build would've cost. It came with an adapter for the HDMI video cable connection and an external USB WiFi antenna.

Set up involved connecting the HDMI, a power cord (not included), the keyboard and mouse, and turning it on and installing Windows without activating it. I was then able to insert the WiFi antenna driver CD and install the WiFi antenna driver. Shut down, plug the USB WiFi antenna in, reboot, connect to the internet and activate/update Windows.

This is a great value for the price. The metal shell show signs of wear (very small dents) but nothing that matters. Make sure you realize that the WIFI and HDMI and not onboard. You will receive a WIFI USB, which of course subtracts one of your available slots and an HDMI adapter for the display port ports that are onboard. In my case, the adapter did not work, and after going crazy until I found a friend who had one for me to test, I was finally able to plug in my handy HDMI cable that had been working for years in my previous machine. I have not contacted the seller for a replacement of that part, but just make sure that you either have a DP cable or you'll be stuck with VGA if the adapter does not work. Otherwise, the system is certainly worth the money.

I thought I would try my luck for the first time with a refurbished computer. The specifications and price were too tempting for me so I thought I'd give it a shot. Well, after this attempt, I don't think I'm going to be buying refurbished computers again. I will say that the seller promptly refunded me my money, so they have that going for them. But everything else was pretty bad. The computer came without a power cord. Luckily, I had one from my old computer. So next I tried to plug in my HDMI monitor...but there are no HDMI ports! OK, so it takes me a while to figure out that there is an adapter that was just thrown into the box loosely, that I could have easily thrown out, that converts from the DisplayPort (I had to look it up) outputs to HDMI, and there's only one, and it's janky, and it sticks out a ton from the back when you have it plugged into the HDMI cable. Ugh. OK, so I plug in one HDMI monitor, plug in my mouse/keyboard, and turn it on. It goes to start setting up Windows, and then it comes to the network setup part. It says there is no wifi network card and I have to plug in an ethernet cable. I don't have one of those where I want to put the computer. I would have to route the cable from my upstairs router. Basically, at that point, I had HAD it with this computer. I was willing to overlook the other minor issues, but c'mon! After the wifi card thing, I decided I wasn't going to waste any more time finding new surprises with this computer. Sadly, this was too good to be true. Don't waste your time on this one guy!

I’m not happy with this product but I guess you get what you pay for and I didn’t pay a lot for this. it's ok for no more than I use it, I don’t care for the seller as I received the item purchased and the power cord was damaged and the seller had to have seen it and packaged it that way anyway I commented on it and the seller got upset and made a rude comment back to me and said I should remove my comment but I don’t think I should pay for something that didn’t come as advertised and it was said that it would have all the parts and be in good working order. It's kinda hard to turn on a computer with a broken power cord, luckily I had one from another computer to use. The ground prong was broken off and wrapped up very neatly.no way whoever wrapped it didn’t see it and just didn’t care
