What should I expect to receive with my Amazon Renewed purchase and in what condition?
All Amazon Renewed desktop computer purchases will come with accessories that may not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional. Amazon Renewed products will be packaged in either original packaging or in a new and clean cardboard box. Microsoft laptops, tablets, and desktop computers will be equipped with authentic software licenses and will have a Genuine Certificate of Authenticity (COA) available. Amazon Renewed products will be clean and will have minimal to no signs of wear or visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length. The products will have batteries which exceed 80% capacity relative to new and will function like new. Product will be restored to its original factory settings.
Warranty & Support
Amazon.com Return Policy: You may return any new computer purchased from Amazon.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Amazon.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Amazon.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

The first computer didn’t work and had a failing motherboard. After arguing that the tower wouldn’t even recognize the keyboard they agreed to replace it. I had to wait until they received it before they mailed my replacement. When I received my replacement, there was no keyboard and no mouse, and I had to get my own. The WiFi is a USB dongle and is not part of the tower. Neither the first nor replacement computer had a 512gb SSD. It was an SSD but was only 480gb. After the formatting partitions and the OS load that only left 401gb. Available to use. They called me from a California number and then argued that they were in Seattle. They tried to convince me that I was wrong about the SSD (I used to build computers) and they wanted to access my system remotely. I do not trust them. I do not recommend them. Provided this computer continues to work it is a nice computer but I do not appreciate the way I’ve been treated or false advertising. They also operate under 2 different company names here as per the guys' admission that called me but I can’t remember the other name. Something about geeks. Very disappointed overall and need to find some extra storage now.

This unit is very fast and easy to set up, but the wireless adapter that they include is garbage. With it, in place, I clocked 2.45 Mbps, spent $20 on a replacement, and am now getting 65.85 Mbps. You should figure that into the cost when evaluating your purchase.

Well, when I got the computer the internet or wifi would not work but the computer did work fast and nice looking for the money spent.......I then called Product Support and spoke with Jonathan from Amazon who tried to help me fix the problem we spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to fix it over the phone with me, but he could not fix it so he helped me call Dell support to make sure they could help me so he did a 3-way call to make sure they helped me before he would hang up the call they would not help me without charging me a fee, so I told them never mind then Jonathan from Product Support with Amazon told me no worries he would send me a replacement and he was sorry and also since doing to the coronavirus he would send someone to our office to pick up the old one for us so we don't have to go out, and I would get a replacement in 2 days...Again Great Product Support from Amazon! This is a reasonable value. Four stars because there was a bit more cosmetic damage than I expected, and the included display link to the HDMI adapter was not effective and would not stay connected. An Amazon Basics display link to HDMI cable worked out much better. The keyboard and mouse I received were Dell's brand and appeared new. The wifi adapter was loose/lost in the packing material; so be careful unboxing and account for all the parts.

I had an old computer and thought this one would be better than mine but it blew my mind by far. the seller is very kind and answered the few questions that I had for him. A solid-state drive or SSD is way better than the old fashioned hard drives and this upgrade made my day.
