So the reviews made me EXTREMELY nervous but The price was too good to pass up. I received and installed it today and everything is good so far. I’m using it for school and my work from home job and it meets all my work performance needed. Items look in good condition and they are all DELL products ( mouse, monitor, etc). Had all pieces and it was super easy like 5-10 minutes to set up and I am by far not a techy person. The only hiccup is I thought I had a faulty mouse because the pointer thing wouldn’t move but it worked once I finished setup. (I used the tab and enter key to complete setup without my mouse functioning) Overall I am pleased and I will update if an issue occurs

You will need to buy Speakers, a Wifi card (if you want to use WiFi although it does have a port for an ethernet cable and I prefer that because the speed is better), A webcam with a microphone, I don't use Bluetooth much but I had a dongle lying around so for snicks I plugged it in. and I picked up an extra 2 gig card to bring the memory up to four gigs. The computer is a little slow because it only comes with 2 gigs of RAM. Also, it's 32bit so four gigs are your upper limit. I spent $40 total but that was because I wanted amplified speakers. I could have gotten away with under 40$ if not for that. (I don't like the windows software volume control). Everything worked great "out of the box". I wouldn't buy this system to play fancy video games but for email, Facebook and youtube it does fine.

Arrived two and half weeks ahead of schedule, and was well packaged. Within 30 minutes the computer was up and running. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse appear to be brand new. The only thing we've found wrong is a tiny foot missing from the bottom of the computer housing which made it rock a little bit. A tiny piece of folded paper taped to the bottom fixed this right up. Did not include Microsoft Office. For the price we paid for this system, we are very pleased as long as it continues performing like it has so far. Would absolutely order from this company again.

In the material I read, I did not realize that it only would hook up if I had it on a cable. In my house, there is no way to get the computer close enough to the router to put it on a cable. I wanted and needed wireless. So I had to go out and buy a dongle. Now it works fine as far as the Wi-Fi part of it goes. I began trying to load the programs that I generally you use. That isn't going to happen. It doesn't recognize most of them. Especially the ones that are important to me, the most important ones. It takes multiple clicks, as a rule, to get things opened on the screen. That doesn't make me happy. I had an awful time getting Microsoft Office on there and it took forever to load. So I am going to have to buy a new computer to go with my new monitor and my new mouse.l I'm also going to have to buy a new keyboard because the numbers pad on the right does not work no matter what I do and the numbers lock key doesn't help. Fortunately, the numbers above the alpha keys do work. So as you can imagine I am really not very happy. I spent a bunch of money and it has all gone to waste. It was for nothing. Am I telling you not to buy from this company no, but I'm I am telling you what I received from them. The choice is yours.
