I bought this from SJ Computers. There was a problem with the power switch which got an immediate response. Aside from that is was well packaged, arrived early, clean, and functional in every way.
Dell OptiPlex 9020 High-Performance Business Desktop Computer: Intel Quad-Core i7-4790
Super-fast i7 computer with bays for 4 SATA drives. Completely quiet under normal usage. If you do run the CPU at 95% for a while (video conversion) the fans kick in till it drops down, but still not loud, and go back down immediately.
Keeps up with newer “generations” of i7 and completely blows away any “generation” less than i7.
Recommend.

Beware of "Microsoft Certified Partner" on the box. That's just wording on packing tape. This appeared to be a good value at $229 until I received the unit. Renewed meant they stripped original parts out of the computer for individual resale. I purchased this not expecting perfection. What I found was 8GB of RAM and none of the 4 2GB sticks used was the same brand. It had a 320 GB Seagate hard drive. A drive that small hasn't been produced in years. It was very slow and there was no telling how many rotational hours were on it. Needless to say after some preliminary tests I quickly replaced it with a brand new drive. I went to Dell's support site and entered the service tag to determine the original configuration. I'll spare the details other than to say this unit was just a shell of its former self. The BIOS was about 14 versions out of date, and the Windows 10 preinstall was configured for MBR instead of GPT. And the front case USB ports were damaged. I was able to find a replacement panel from a parts vendor for an additional cost. The big concern I have is that is if there was that much wear on this computer, how many hours are on it? I am well familiar with the Dell OptiPlex 9020 and know it is a good computer. This computer is just meant to be used as a bridge PC for a few years until I buy or build something brand new. But beware when you buy "renewed." This PC probably cost SKYTECH USA LLC little to nothing from corporate disposal to make a profit at $229. This wasn't the worst deal I could have done but a little quality control on parts would have made this a much better value. I'll give them 2 stars because they did deliver fast.

First off the inner box with the computer in it had a big dent on the corner the outer box was ok no dents. Next, the computer was packed in a great bubble wrap so should be in great shape and it is inside the computer look fantastic just like new .turned on a computer would NOT load op system so being a geek was able to install windows 10 pro from a flash drive got from Microsoft web site. The computer works fine now. only 3 stars for extra work to reinstall the op system and dented box otherwise would be 5 stars.
