The case was in 100% perfect condition like it was brand new. I opened up the case to look at the components and they also show no sign of use. It's like this was a leftover computer that was never used, perfect! I also like that it did not come with a bunch of bloatware like a typical new computer. With the Core i7 @ 3.8GHz, 16GB DDR3, a 1TB SSD,
and Windows 10 Pro this was a fantastic value.

Nice desktop for home users and small businesses. More hard drive capacity (1TB SSD) than most users will ever need. In my opinion, only limitations are the display adapter (2 VGA ports) and wireless adapter (dongle), which are more than adequate for all but the most serious users. Good speed and plenty of USB ports for external peripherals. Refurbished, but like new.

It's a ~5-year-old Dell PC refreshed with Windows 10, a no-name SSD, and 16GB of RAM (2x8GB) as advertised. It's a quiet and compact mini-workstation w/integrated graphics.

The PC itself is a robust design, as evidenced by its survival after bouncing around in an inadequately padded shipping box. We could feel the PC moving around loose in the box before opening the carton. That said, the damage appears superficial: a chipped-off part of the case faceplate/clip (found inside the case) + the notebook-style DVD drive was slightly out of alignment, and its faceplate needed to be popped back into place. Made sure the rest of its innards looked OK, and it fired right up and seemed to work just fine.

It's only been a day, but I'm cheering for the battered little guy to go the distance.

Tip: the Dell service sticker on the box led me to a 2018 BIOS update that was 6-years newer than what was on there - usually a good idea for running older hardware w/Windows 10.
