The hardware works. As far as specifications go, you really can not go wrong.
With an i7 processor, 16gb of ram, and a 256SSD the box performs well enough and is a low-cost alternative to a new system costing at least $1000. (NOTE the SSD is an OFF brand Add on..) but I was able to boot from it.
As far as the refurb goes, it's a total joke, the ad says... "Renewed products work and look like new". Well so far I have had NO operational issues(other than a funky MS registration issue) but the systems are worn, covered with tape and a black sharpie to hide scratches. plastic is worn and ugly and cases are dented and well used. "LOOK LIKE NEW" IS A TOTAL JOKE... Butt UGLY would be a more accurate description.
To say these have been renewed is a complete and total joke. They tried to put lipstick on a pig.. it's still a pig.

Ok, I want to take a moment to review this product. So I received the computer and went to work setting it up. First off some drivers where missing so it has defaulted to basic windows drivers. I spent nearly 8 hours updating windows/finding and installing drivers. I was highly frustrated and contacted the company. They offered to replace the computer right away.
I finally got the screens working and everything updated. The Wifi USB Drive worked, but my router was placed in the basement, and my office is on the second floor of my home., so I ordered a PCI-E network card with a blue tooth for a better range. I also added 16G DDR3 ram to go on this computer as I am taking some college classes and some of the programs are intensive, not necessary though just my personal preference.
To get to the point I have about 550 dollars and a bit of frustration getting it set up. For the price though I think it is worth it. If you purchase this computer and are not familiar with updating drivers outside of letting windows do it, you might want to watch some videos. Once everything is set up this is a nice office/college computer. To run intensive video games you would have to upgrade to an independent video card. This computer does play the games my little girl downloads from the Windows App store though.
All in all, with patience this computer is well worth it. I also upgraded to a wireless mouse/keyboard. Great Customer Service.

There are updates below... (and again!!!)
As of right now, I am leaving a 1 star because I can't do anything on it. There were no screens with it, so, for all intents and purposes thus far, I have a 15 lb paperweight. No way to contact their customer service directly. Amazon redirects you to email them and they will 'respond within 2 business days' but then warns that if they do not respond, to contact Amazon and they will contact the seller to tell them to contact me.
I needed this for a job that was due Monday. Everything supposed to be delivered Friday (today). Now, I have no monitors and they don't even have to respond until Tuesday. Great help there.
So, at best, I can probably have the monitors for the job by what, Wednesday? At worst, weeks?
I shall update when I hear back with the rate of service, resolution, etc.
UPDATE 1:
So, they decided to ship it with 2 separate shipping methods, go figure.
When the screens arrive, they were slightly different versions of the same model, but close enough to each other.
I will get into the specs and everything in a moment. First, I want to talk about the screens, or, rather, one screen in particular.
The screens were packed tightly with no protective films or anything on them. There was a lot of debris in the box. Debris + screen + tightly packed + shipping = scratched up screen. I just sent an email (again) to the company. We shall see.
Now, for the bundle:
Screens and Display:
Expect to go ahead and buy some good DisplayPort to DVI cables. The VGA cables on LCD screens create very blurry text and images. However, these screens are 'good enough' for most applications. Had the screen come in undamaged (seriously, a light coat of protective film guys), and the screens would be amazing for what I need.
The Accessories:
The keyboard was a genuine Dell stock keyboard, seemed brand new. The Mouse was a generic Chinese kind. Felt cheap. But, I already had wireless ones to use, so no biggy. No speakers. (Doesn't say there are, so no biggy). Overall, the accessories are fine. Came with all cables, but the cables were dirty as a buttcrack. There was dried food/drink on them. At least, I hope it was dried food/drink. It comes with a USB wifi card. It is functional with 2.4 GHz only (no 5 GHz). That is slightly disappointing, but not the end of the world.
The Tower:
This one is a little meh. Internally, not everything was hooked up. Missing some SATA data cables. I had a few spares I borrowed from a different set.
The tower was covered in cheap vinyl. At first, I thought it was cheap paint.
Nope. Cheap vinyl. It was sticky around the edges, bubbling up in a lot of places, and there was trapped stuff and stickers creating bulges everywhere. Kind of ruins the effect of vinyl coating. Next time, actually clean the surface, use goo gone to remove the stickers, and then vinyl coat it. Shell was also dented, but I half expected that. But, it was cheap, what do you expect?
Overall assessment:
Due to the wiring issues, lack of shipping communication, and lack of cleanliness, I would have to say this product is not 'Like New.' Well used and repaired, but not 'like new.' I would give it more stars, but a badly scratched screen is a big deal. Had the interior of the packaging been clean, it may not have happened. Or, had they used a protective film, it may not have happened. Then again, maybe it was like this from the factory. I will upload pictures from my phone when I can. The scratch is roughly 4 inches that is visible from 2ft+ away and 7 inches of dual scratching visible from 12 inches away. (Its a rubbing style scratch like a small piece of sand has rubbed it for 2,000 miles.)
As far as performance:
I have used the computer long enough to log into Amazon and type these messages. I do not know the performance yet. I will update after a week or so to indicate the performance of the machine and the service for screen replacement.

Updating again for two reasons: performance and customer service.
I have put this computer through the ropes as far as work goes. I did my best to bog it down. I put in a 300+ edit photoshop with heavy edits, 12 layer folders each containing multiple smart filters and many layers, and style filters. I copied and pasted it on the computer. I timed it just to see. It took 42 seconds.
Out of curiosity, I put the same file on my laptop and did it.
It took the laptop over ten minutes to render all of that.
Performance is an A+. (And I ordered a 32gb ram set to upgrade. I haven’t yet, but I am super stoked about it! Be here later this week. Gunna has the best performance I’ve ever had in a machine.)
Customer service is A+. They completely understood about the screen issue and are shipping a new one. I requested one of the same models so it matched the one they already sent (sent two of the same the first time). They are going to if possible. (I know product description says monitor style not guaranteed, so I appreciate them trying to match it.)
Because of the price, performance, and customer service, I am fully giving 5 stars.
