The computer was delivered on time. The box and computer were in excellent condition. The computer was equipped as ordered. It immediately started operating as expected with Windows 10. Missing were any documents and backup software discs, including the Product Key, the digital license, and the Certificate of Authenticity. The only primary hard drive was found not to be located in the position shown in the Dell Service Manual downloaded from the internet.

I'm using this to record music and my son is playing games from Steam. The performance is great. It's fast and we're not having any problems with it in any way.
If someone is serious about playing games with a heavy graphics load, the savings from buying refurbished could be put into upgrading the graphics card. The included card works well enough, but there are cards with better performance.
I had a problem with the peripherals, but the customer service is excellent and I was taken care of very well. I'm very happy with this purchase.
